The weighing and billing data of the systems are saved in the IDL data center. The authorized user has the possibility to call up evaluations of quantities and costs for any period at any time. This data can be imported into your own management system (e.g. SAP) in all common formats for internal billing.

All access and weighing systems are equipped with comprehensive monitoring. As a result, the operating status is constantly monitored. Each system sends information about operating states and malfunctions to the IDL data center. This information is displayed in the closed user area. The user has the option of automatically forwarding these messages via email or smartphone app.

Modern weighing systems record thrown-in quantities by identifying the user according to the used transponder. The systems are approved and verified across Europe. The data is tamper-proof in the IDL data center and can be used for legally compliant billing. Each user only pays the quantity that has been weighted.
