For installation in mobile tilting devices on compactors from different manufacturers. Weighing module made of galvanized steel. Equipped with two PC2H-C3-2000kg force transducers or a comparable approved system. Control cabinet made of stainless steel, dimensions: 600 mm x 380 mm, 210 mm deep. Equipped with calibrated weighing terminal SysTec IT2000M, digital IDL mega controller with LTE modem (alternatively with network connection), data storage and control panel with RFID reader and operator guidance via 4-line LCD. Via the built-in access system, the user opens the system using a rfid-transponder. The weight determined after the weighing process is assigned and saved with the reference number, date and time to the recognized transponder and thus to the user. The tilting scale is controlled and monitored over the IDL database system. IDL provides the accounting data in the password-protected WEB portal for accounting purposes. Automatic interfaces to (customer-specific) programs such as SAP or similar are available.

Four different versions as standard:

• • • HKV-WS-M01 manual-lid electrohydraulic tilting device scale for controlling an electro-hydraulic lid system with limit switches for monitoring the lid open-to-position.
      • HKV-WS-M02 manual cover mechanical tilting device scale with mechanical compactor cover, which is opened and closed by the tilting movement. The lid does not have a lid open-close position monitoring.
        • HKV-WS-A01-Z automatic cover electr.-hydraulic. The HKV-WS-A01-Z tilting device control monitors and controls an access door by means of a motor bolt with a feedback contact. Access is also monitored by a sensor. When the access is closed, the tilting movement takes place in automatic mode. • HKV-WS-A02-Z automatic cover mechanical. The HKV-WS-A02-Z tilting device control monitors and controls an access door by means of a motor bolt with a feedback contact. Access is also monitored by a sensor. When the access is closed, the tilting movement takes place in automatic mode. Tilting device scale with mechanical compactor lid, which is opened and closed by the tilting movement. The lid does not have an open-close position.
