The weighing and billing data of the systems are stored and saved in the IDL data center. IDL uses the highest standards regarding data protection and data security. We work with professional and certified hosting service providers such as HostEurope. The authorized user has the possibility to retrieve evaluations of quantities and costs for any time period at any time. This data can be imported into your own management system (e.g. SAP) for internal billing in all common formats.

All access and weighing systems are equipped with comprehensive monitoring. As a result, the operating status is constantly monitored. Each system sends information about operating states and faults to the IDL data center. This information is displayed in the closed user area. The user has the option to set up an automatic forwarding of these messages by email.
