For positioning over any standard settling or unrolling press container. Consisting of galvanized cradle construction, plastic housing with electrically operated cradle lock cover with safety edge. Lid and weighing lock are made of stainless steel. The device is equipped with a calibrated weighing computer SysTec IT2000M, digital IDL mega controller with LTE modem (alternatively with network connection), data storage and control panel with RFID reader and operator guidance via 4-line LCD. The user contacts the transponder via the built-in access system. The weight determined after the weighing process is assigned and saved with the reference number, date and time to the recognized transponder and thus to the user. The WSD-300 weighing system is controlled and monitored via the IDL database system. IDL provides the billing data in the password-protected WEB portal for billing purposes. Automatic interfaces to (customer-specific) programs such as SAP or similar are available.
